The location was perfect as it was close to the train station, very close to the center, and right next to the river. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information and even providing an ice pack when needed.

Friendly staff, freshly prepared breakfast, convenient location in front of the river, walking distance to Ponte Vecchio, good restaurants nearby. Helpful night shift staff. Great view of Ponte Vecchio if room has a view. Good room size for longer stays. 15-minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. WiFi in room. Delicious breakfast with friendly personnel. Quiet location close to attractions.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. its location was perfect – it was within walking distance to the rail station and the main attractions in the center of the city. Additionally, being next to the river provided a beautiful view. The staff at reception were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms had a typical Italian atmosphere, with fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast was delicious, with the highlight being the made-to-order cappuccino.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is a short walk to the main tourist sites and is situated next to a beautiful river. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.
The bathroom had some cleanliness issues such as a dirty toilet seat and a shower cabin with a hole that caused water to leak onto the floor.
