The location was perfect as it was close to the train station, very close to the center, and right next to the river. The hotel had great facilities, including a lift that was small but convenient, and a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information and even providing an ice pack when needed.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. its location was perfect – it was within walking distance to the rail station and the main attractions in the center of the city. Additionally, being next to the river provided a beautiful view. The staff at reception were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms had a typical Italian atmosphere, with fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast was delicious, with the highlight being the made-to-order cappuccino.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is a short walk to the main tourist sites and is situated next to a beautiful river. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.
The bathroom had some cleanliness issues such as a dirty toilet seat and a shower cabin with a hole that caused water to leak onto the floor.
